ACCESS GRANTED Behind the stage

Here you'll get a glimpse behind what it takes to bring these spectacular homes to market. From planning to coordinating on-site with talent (actress/actor), video and photo crew, to rental props and special effects teams that help bring properties to life.

My marketing approach may vary from property to property, but my dedication to delivering an exceptional experience to your buyers and ultimately your selling experience remains uniform across all homes I market.

ACREAGE IN LYNN VALLEY

Showing off this stunning 1-acre parcel with an incredible post and beam style home took planning and creativity to the next level. Normally we would cancel a shoot with cloud and rain forecasted, but for this home it's exactly what we wanted. Capturing the raw beauty of living in a rainforest was what we planned.

We arrived at 9am and took 10 hours documenting the property with lifestyle models acting sequences, staging the home and telling the story through a realtor-narrative process.

It's not easy meshing together lifestyle moment and realtor "talking head" camera interaction, but i think we nailed it.

Check out what we pulled off.

lower lonsdale condo shoot

This was one of the first lifestyle packages I put together, back in 2017. The vison was the show off Lower Lonsdale to downsizers from West Vancouver and beyond. We had a clear target market identified, and with lifestyle Photo and Video we wrote the script that featured a single women and her incredible life of living in Lower Lonsdale.

At the time, Lower Lonsdale had just gone through a transition and was appealing to more and more downsizers looking for a central home, to enjoy and take in the views while a vibrancy to the area meant coming home from work was enjoyable!

rivergrove hideout

Tucked remotely in the forest, overlooking the river is a sanctuary in itself. 1977 Rivergrove was a stunning display of treehouse meets escape, and my job was the showcase it to surrounding areas in a way to educate buyers on what "possibly" existed for them. What does that mean?

Our goal was to create and deliver a marketing plan that would identify the various surround areas such as trails, forests and rivers, while documenting the home as a true family home that young and old could enjoy. the sloped lot meant lots of privacy and possibilities while the cantilevered deck meant either Entertaining or Privacy.

If you've ever seen or heard of FPV Drones, this property was one of the first to leverage the speed and nimbleness of these delicate drones. A fly-through of the home to the forest canopy made social media and marketing remarkable.

LYNN VALLEY RESORT LIVING

Tucked back against the Mount Fromme, this hidden gem had a backyard oasis that dreams were made of. With an unassuming front facade, our primary goal was to showcase the possibilities in this backyard as it was truly one-of-a-kind. We highlighted with a partner-couple the aspects of privacy and sportsmanship this type of semi tiered lot could give to a family or single couple. The emphasis was really on "Do what you want, no one will know" type of living. The pure privacy and size of this lot was incredible. Including the golfer was to showcase the size of the lot, as one could imagine the size needed to be able to tee-off in a backyard.

We ended the scene with dusk photos from the interior to show the sunset and mountain exposure this property captured from the Kitchen.
